CHARLOTTE, NC – Northwood Office, a best-in-class commercial development, leasing and property management firm based in Charlotte, is pleased to announce it signed and commenced 23 new, expanding and renewed office leases through the first quarter of 2024 across its Ballantyne® portfolio, totaling more than 213,000 square feet.

New deals that commenced or were signed this quarter included KW Commercial for 16,000 square feet at Brixham Green Two, Sibelco, represented by Jubal Early at First and Early, for 7,000 square feet at the Harris Building, Viking Mergers & Acquisitions for 4,000 square feet at the Overlook Building, and Harvest Capital, LLC, which leased 3,000 square feet at the Cullman Park Building.

Expansions included Sompo International, which leased 13,000 square feet at the Overlook Building, and Wetherill Engineering, Inc., which leased 4,000 square feet at Brixham Green One.

Renewals included Novant Health Ballantyne Medical Group for 49,000 square feet at the Winslow Building, represented by Caldwell Rose of Southern Real Estate, and YourOffice Ballantyne for 21,000 square feet at Ballantyne One, represented by Zach McLaren and Christianna Williams of Cresa. In addition, PMMC, represented by Ben Speir of Trinity Partners, renewed 21,000 square feet at Ballantyne One, and TD Bank, represented by Mike Fahey of CBRE, extended its lease of 19,000 square feet at the Irby Building.
