The Human Resources Administrator will provide both HR-specific and general administrative and clerical support to the HR team. This role will provide direct support to executives by scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports. Will be responsible for editing documents and presentations for both accuracy and aesthetics, entering and updating employee information within company databases, leading onboarding meetings for new hires, and handling HR invoicing. Work with the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment for tenants, guests and employees of a large portfolio of Class A office buildings, by patrolling and enforcing safety policies, conducting preventative inspections of the facilities and assisting with investigations.

Candidate must primarily have a positive attitude, be a consummate team player, flexible and self-motivated. Candidates must have experience if the field of physical security, law enforcement or military. A four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred, valid NC or SC driver’s license required. Candidate must possess superior customer service, report writing, interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, candidates must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suites to include Word, Outlook, and Excel. Individual must demonstrate basic knowledge of CCTV, fire panel operation and good understanding fire systems. General Maintenance Engineer Level II

The Level II General Maintenance Engineer will work as a professional team member with Property Services, which consists of Property Managers, Maintenance and HVAC Engineers to maintain the efficient operating condition of buildings and equipment and provide timely and quality service to tenants. Perform preventative maintenance on various aspects of buildings which includes, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, minor mechanical and plumbing.

The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a consummate team player, flexible and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. This individual will work independently in performing, work orders, inspections, preventative maintenance and making repairs. The candidate must be qualified to oversee work that is assigned to outside contractors and assist maintenance engineers in building-related tasks.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; two plus years’ experience in commercial maintenance engineering is preferred. Strong listening and communication skills are essential to this position. Candidates must be able to lift and carry fifty pounds and pass a drug screen and background check.
