The office administrator must have a professional appearance, positive attitude, be a consummate team player, flexible and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. The individual will work independently in performing a wide range of complex administrative duties which support the operations of the company’s corporate office. Also, the ideal candidate must have high-level corporate environment experience and be highly skilled in Microsoft Office software to include Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational and time management skills along with strong oral and written communication skills are required.

The office administrator must be adaptable to various competing demands and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is also required. Must be a forward thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.  This individual will provide support to multiple departments with the ability for growth within the position.

Candidates with a four-year bachelor’s degree are preferred, with experience in commercial real estate considered a plus. Experience in database management and maintenance also a plus. Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Interior Construction Assistant

The Interior Construction Assistant provides daily support for the Interior Construction Department of Northwood Office in Ballantyne. This position works closely with internal leasing, property management, operations and security departments to ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget and meet specifications. The Interior Construction Assistant is responsible for coordinating construction of tenant offices by arranging the services of architects, contractors, vendors and material suppliers and tracking all projects until final billing is complete. This position is also responsible for maintaining proper documentation of all construction activity, including construction drawings, tenant correspondence, contracts, purchase orders, permits and certificates of occupancy.

The ideal candidates must have a positive attitude, be a consummate team player, flexible and self-motivated. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in commercial real estate, commercial construction or related field is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in the Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and time management skills along with strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with Building Engines work order system is a plus.

General HVAC Engineer – 2

OVERVIEW:

Responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance work on in-house equipment and buildings. Assist in directing activities of HVAC contractors engaged in repair, maintenance and installation activities for properties assigned to them.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with Lead HVAC Engineer to coordinate activities of support personnel
  • Help improve existing procedures by example and recommendations
  • Assist other operations personnel
  • Facilitate compliance with job specifications, company policy and procedures
  • Provide explanation of specifications, blueprints and job orders to Senior HVAC Engineer
  • Set goals or suggest plans to best practices
  • Help implement preventive maintenance programs on mechanical equipment and building maintenance
  • Review work orders to determine work priorities as needed
  • Help with chemical application on cooling towers
  • Assist in executing work activities in a cost-effective manner
  • Provide leadership and direction by example to fellow employees
  • Must have good working knowledge of controls systems
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, PIUs, Split Systems and other HVAC equipment

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Two years of HVAC experience in commercial systems
  • Good listening and communication skills are essential to this position
  • CFC certified
  • Pay is commensurate with abilities and length of employment
  • Ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime as well as variable shifts and emergency on-call as needed
  • Ability to lift 50 lb., work on ladders, man lifts, in and above ceiling space and small spaces or roof access spaces
