Senior Property Accounting Manager

The Senior Property Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing a staff of four property accountants. This key role requires a commitment to quality, accuracy, and continued professionalism. This individual will report directly to the Controller and is the primary liaison between property accounting and property management. The Senior Property Accounting Manager works with various departments and levels of employees; the opportunity exists for this individual to get great exposure into the industry and build a long-term career with a dynamic, growing, reputable real estate group. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to manage competing priorities for multiple properties simultaneously.

The ideal candidates must have a positive attitude, be a consummate team player, flexible and self-motivated. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in commercial real estate, commercial construction or related field is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in the Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Candidates should possess excellent organizational and time management skills along with strong oral and written communication skills. Experience with Building Engines work order system is a plus.

Second Shift General Maintenance Engineer

The Second Shift General Maintenance Engineer will work as a professional team member with Property Services, which consists of Property Managers, Maintenance and HVAC Engineers to maintain the efficient operating condition of buildings and equipment and provide timely and quality service to tenants. Perform preventative maintenance on various aspects of buildings which includes, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, minor mechanical and plumbing.

The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be a consummate team player, flexible and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external customers. This individual will work independently in performing, work orders, inspections, preventative maintenance and making repairs. The candidate must be qualified to oversee work that is assigned to outside contractors and assist maintenance engineers in building-related tasks.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; two plus years’ experience in commercial maintenance engineering is preferred. Strong listening and communication skills are essential to this position. Candidates must be able to lift and carry fifty pounds and pass a drug screen and background check.

General Grounds Technician

Perform preventative maintenance on various aspects of buildings which includes, but not limited to, carpentry, electrical, minor mechanical and plumbing.

This individual will work independently in performing daily visual checks of parking lots and grounds for trash and landscaping needs. The candidate must be qualified to oversee work that is assigned to outside contractors and assist maintenance engineers in building-related tasks.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; two plus years’ experience in commercial grounds keeping is preferred. Strong listening and communication skills are essential to this position. Candidates must be able to lift and carry fifty pounds and pass a drug screen and background check.
